Mio Vidaković

Mio Vidakovic is a research associate for City University. He is currently developing innovative photonics-based sensors for harsh industrial environments. With a PhD degree in Internet of Things (IoT) and a co-founder of two technology-focused startups, Mio has a wealth of experience that he brings to this new endeavour.
Mio talks about how sport was a driving factor to his competitive spirit. He also describes making the journey from Serbia to the UK to fulfil his educational dreams, and the strong team around him that is helping to build his innovation.
